Refund policy
The warranty is valid for:
- 1 year for "new" equipment
- 3 months for "used" equipment
Article 1
Under this contract, GoTEK7 guarantees the tracker against technical problems or defects for the specified duration above. (Important Note: In the case of a return of the tracker within the warranty period, after repair, the warranty does not renew. The warranty takes effect on the day of delivery of the tracker but cannot be renewed even in the case of return or repair).
Article 2
Additionally, the recipient of this GPS tracker must first ensure that the beacon does indeed have a breakdown, malfunction, or technical problem. The recipient will thus be responsible for informing the after-sales service by phone in the first instance. The technician will then attempt to troubleshoot the tracker remotely.
Article 3
If the fault persists, the recipient of the tracker may indeed return the tracker to GoTEK7's after-sales service. Thus, GoTEK7 undertakes to repair it during the warranty period. Sometimes, they may even offer to exchange the item rather than repair it because the problem validated by the technician will be extreme and therefore difficult to repair. The sender sends the equipment in question at their own expense, knowing that GoTEK7 will not be responsible if the parcel is lost by the carrier.
Article 4
Upon receipt of the tracker, if the technician determines that the tracker has been damaged (shocks, burnt tracker, damaged sheath, etc.), the clause cannot guarantee the parts to be replaced. The recipient will therefore be invoiced for the cost of the parts to be replaced. In return, the clause guarantees labor costs.
Article 5
In the event of a dispute relating to the conclusion, execution, interpretation, and/or termination of this warranty clause for any reason whatsoever, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution.
Article 6
For installations carried out on a permanent power supply in a vehicle by yourself, GoTEK7 then declines any responsibility in the event of damage to your vehicle. Thus, to avoid any problems, GoTEK7 provides technicians in the Nord Pas de Calais region for a guaranteed installation.
