Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after ordering. Please note that during peak periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

France:

• Standard: If order is over 50€: 2 to 4 business days | Free
• Standard: If order is under 50€: 2 to 4 business days | 9€
• Express: 1 to 2 business days | 15€

EU (European Union):

• International Express: 1 to 3 business days | 22€

International:

• International Standard: 3 to 5 business days | 25€

Costs

• Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping is free for orders over 50€ in France. For orders under 50€, the cost for standard shipping in France is 9€.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.
