Top-up SMS Credit
Choose the amount of SMS credits you would like to be added to your Gotek7 account.
SMS credits is used when you send a command or a request to your Gotek7 in the administration page of the tracking panel, SMS credit is also used when you are informed that a virtual fence has been breached or when you receive an address on your mobile number after calling your GoTEK7. You can quickly see your SMS credits remaining in your tracking panel on the left side.
Please provide your GPS Tracker login details ( same as your mobile application trackserver login )

Top up your GPS tracking in two steps, right here.
First: you have two separate accounts
Your shop account is the one you use to order and pay on our website.
Your GPS tracking account is the one you use in the mobile app and on the
tracking platform. They are not the same, and they do not share the same password.
At step 1 below you must enter your GPS tracking login,
so that we know which trackers to top up.
Choose your period, then log in
Select the duration you need — 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months — then click Login.
Enter your GPS tracker login here — the same login and password as the one you use in the mobile app. This is not your shop account.
Pick your trackers and add to cart
Once logged in, your devices appear. Tick the trackers you want to renew, add them to your cart and complete the checkout as usual.
That's it — nothing else to do
Once your payment goes through, the subscription is applied to your trackers automatically. No code to enter, no request to send. If anything looks wrong, write to info@gotek7.com and we will sort it out.
